The Peace River Art Club is growing, and we’re looking for a passionate, organized, and community-minded individual to join us as our next Arts Business Coordinator.
As the heart of the Peace River ART HUB, our club is dedicated to building a vibrant community of artists and making fine arts accessible to everyone in the Mighty Peace region. To help us continue this mission, we need a "behind-the-scenes" champion to help coordinate our day-to-day operations.
The Opportunity
This is a permanent part-time position (20 hours per week) based at the Art Hub in Peace River.
The Arts Business Coordinator is a pivotal role that bridges the gap between the creative world and the business of running a non-profit. You will work closely with our board of directors, local artists, and the public to ensure the Art Hub remains a thriving, organized, and welcoming space.
Who Are We Looking For?
We are seeking someone who loves the arts but also thrives on organization and efficiency. The ideal candidate is:
A Natural Coordinator: You enjoy managing schedules, handling administrative tasks, and keeping projects on track.
Community-Oriented: You enjoy meeting new people and act as a professional face for the Art Club when interacting with members and partners.
Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable with basic office software and digital communication.
Independent & Proactive: You can take a goal and run with it, finding creative solutions to help the club grow.
