The ART HUB heads to Grimshaw for Pond Hockey!

Get ready for some serious hockey action, art lovers! The Peace River Art Club is thrilled to announce we will be heading to the Mile Zero Regional Multiplex in Grimshaw for this year's Alberta Pond Hockey Championship!

While the tournament is usually played on the frozen lake, this year it has moved indoors to the Multiplex. Different environment, but definitely warmer than in years past!

Mark your calendars for March 6, 7, and 8—it’s going to be an incredible weekend of fast-paced hockey and community spirit.

While you’re cheering on your favourite teams on the ice, make sure to say hi to our volunteers and support local creativity. We have two exciting ways for you to support continued operations of the Peace River ART HUB:

50/50 Tickets

We are thrilled to have the opportunity to sell 50/50 tickets throughout the weekend. It’s a great chance for you to win some cash while knowing that all proceeds directly benefit the continued operations of the ART HUB. Your support helps us keep our doors open, host workshops, and provide a space for artists in our region to thrive.

Silent Auction

Are you looking for unique art or local experiences? Don’t sleep on tickets to the Gala event where the Art Club is hosting the Silent Auction. We have curated some incredible items - get a sneak peak on Facebook HERE.

Come for the hockey, stay to support the art community! We can't wait to see you there.

Volunteers Needed

We still have a few volunteer spots to fill. If you have some time over the weekend and would like to help us by selling 50/50 tickets - reach out to Dana!

**Please note: While many of our volunteers are going to be busy at the event in Grimshaw, the ART HUB will be closed on March 6 and 7. We look forward to seeing you in Grimshaw this weekend and then back in Peace River for our regular operating hours beginning Thursday, March 12.
