Peace River Art Club Wins Community Impact Award!
What an evening! On Saturday, February 7th, the Peace River and District Chamber of Commerce hosted the prestigious Davis Awards, and we are absolutely thrilled to share that the Peace River Art Club took home the Community Impact Award.
This recognition is a testament to the passion, creativity, and hard work that every member brings to our community. Being chosen for this award is a high honor, as the selection process involves a rigorous evaluation by a panel of judges who look for businesses and organizations that demonstrate exceptional leadership and a positive footprint in our region.
A Heartfelt Thank You
During the ceremony, Board President Dianne Ireland took to the podium to express our collective gratitude.

She was joined on stage by several members of our dedicated Board of Directors, representing the many hands that keep our club thriving. The President also took a moment to recognize the backbone of our organization: our members. Without your ongoing support, participation, and artistic contributions, the "Community Impact" we celebrate today wouldn't be possible.
The Peace River Art Club also wants to thank the many sponsors whose generosity allows us to host workshops, exhibits, and events; the Peace River and District Chamber of Commerce for organizing such a wonderful event and for their tireless work in supporting local talent and business; and the Town of Peace River for being a beautiful home and inspiration for our art.
